The Company PJ Grant is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accountant/Business Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and business, with a minimum of 2 years of working experience.


Responsibilities

- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets

- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement

- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize business performance

- Collaborate with management to make informed business decisions

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements


Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in accounting or a related field

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and budgeting

- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office

- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills


Nice to Have

- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, ACCA)

- Experience with financial planning and analysis

- Familiarity with business intelligence tools and data analytics

Responsibilities

1. _Research and Data Collection_: Utilize online directories, databases, and other resources to gather contact information for rabbis across the US.

2. _Data Verification_: Verify the accuracy of collected data to ensure completeness and correctness.

3. _Data Organization_: Organize and format the data into a usable spreadsheet or database.

4. _Quality Control_: Perform quality control checks to ensure data integrity.


Requirements

The company PJ Grant is seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Digital Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing digital files, and performing various clerical tasks.

Responsibilities

1. Digital File Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital records, files, and documents.

2. Data Entry: Enter data into various software systems and spreadsheets with high accuracy and speed.

3. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, including scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and preparing correspondence.

4. Document Preparation: Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.

5. Digital Communication: Manage and respond to emails, messages, and other digital communications.

Requirements

1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
