Automotive Data Entry/Claims Assistant
The company PJ grant is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Automotive Data Entry/Claims Assistant to support our car company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing files, diagnosing body damage, creating documents, and performing various administrative tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Body damage diagnosis : Diagnose body damage from pictures of cars and provide accurate assessments.
File management: Create, organize, and maintain files, including uploading photos and labeling them correctly.
Document creation: Create documents, such as inspection notes, and ensure they are accurately formatted and stored.
Estimating: Use specialized software to create rough estimates, including uploading photos.
Scheduling: Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
Phone support: Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.
File status updates: Update file statuses based on requests from management, ensuring timely and accurate tracking.
Data entry: Accurately enter data into software systems.

Automotive experience: Preferred experience in the automotive industry, particularly in claims or repair estimation.
Technical skills: Familiarity with specialized software (specify the software) and ability to learn new systems.

Organizational skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks.
Communication skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Availability: Ability to work 8 hours, with potential for flexible scheduling to optimize workflow.
