We're a pure service brokerage business seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team. As an Accountant, you'll play a critical role in tracking vendor expenses, ensuring accurate customer billing, and analyzing profitability.


Key Responsibilities

1. Vendor Bill Management:

    - Enter and account for all vendor bills/charges

    - Ensure accurate customer billing for services rendered

    - Understand invoice details and charge customers accordingly


2. Profitability Tracking:

    - Monitor customer/vendor relationships in real-time

    - Identify vendor price changes and notify management


3. Special Services:

    - Record vendor invoices/charges for non-contracted services

    - Ensure correct customer billing


4. Accounts Receivable (AR):

    - Send monthly balance statements

    - Respond to customer inquiries regarding bills

    - Provide information to facilitate collection


Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting

- 3+ years of accounting experience

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

QUALIFICATIONS


Must have a first degree in any of the following filed of study.

Automotive experience: Preferred experience in the automotive industry, particularly in claims or repair estimation.

Technical skills: Familiarity with specialized software (specify the software) and ability to learn new systems.

Attention to detail: High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, document creation, and body damage diagnosis.

Organizational skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks.

Availability: Ability to work 8 hours, with potential for flexible scheduling to optimize workflow.
