Vacancy for Offshore Loan Originator

We're a private real estate investment lending firm seeking an experienced and skilled Loan Originator to join our team. As an offshore employee, you'll play a key role in originating loans through cold calling and leveraging your industry expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cold call potential clients to originate loans

- Utilize industry knowledge to identify and pursue new business opportunities

- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners

- Develop and present loan proposals to potential clients

- Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., finance, business, real estate)

- At least 3 years of experience in loan origination, sales, or a related field

- Proven track record of successfully originating loans or closing deals

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a neutral or near-native American accent (preference will be given to candidates with a clear and understandable accent)

- Ability to work independently in an offshore setting
